About the Role

We are looking for a newly graduate who will be part of the HR Information System Team (HR IS). Work location will be Alba and scope of activities will be mainly related to Ferrero Italian Companies (“Polo Italia”), which are the most relevant of the Group in terms of headcount. At the same time, frequent interaction will take place with HR Information System professionals based in other Countries.

Main Tasks

  • Working side by side with Italy HR IS team, get familiar about Ferrero HR systems and processes
  • Performing analysis on data availability and data quality
  • Supporting professionals of Italian HR&ORG family to use HR systems
  • Supporting in activities dedicated to enhancing Ferrero HR systems (improving existing tools or delivering new ones, within local projects as well as participating in Group initiatives)
  • Delivering training sessions about HR systems to new joiners of Italian HR&ORG family

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree or Bachelor degree: Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology and Engineering (Business/Human Resources is a plus);
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources or Information Technology departments of a multinational company (if it is the case, in another Country than Italy) is a plus;

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting the accounting entries, processing documents and keep documentation of all transactions;
  • Supporting the creation of journal entries and account reconciliations in general ledger accounting work;
  • Supporting the quality and timeliness of internal control requirements associated with general ledger reporting.
  • Supporting the team in working with external auditors in the preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting notes as well as the preparation of corporate tax computations, returns, and ad hoc tax requests.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Research Specialist.He/she will report to the Innovation & Industrial Products Manger to develop a pipeline of new successful product innovations/renovations and by leveraging on Consumer Insights Researches, Market testing activities and Business Intelligence data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of his/her managerial head, to provide Marketing Departments with key Consumer & Shopper Insights and Market data analysis to support the development of effective communications,  innovation plans, brand development and business decisions.

In details:

  1. to support on the implementation of Consumer & Shopper Insights ad hoc researches and Market test projects :
    Definition of the best methodological approach and test design to fully answer the brief and marketing objectives;
    Management of the project, assuring high quality and correct timing of deliverables;
    Collection and interpretation of findings to facilitate clear insights-driven presentations;
  2. to provide timely and holistic and integrated data view of the category  managed supporting  the business with key insights and implications :
    Review decks and database historical reports, synthesize learnings and refresh with latest findings
    Integrate research reports with performance data as well as other secondary information to provide holistic evaluation of brands’ status quo and inspire new business strategies and opportunities
    Timely review of brands’ key initiatives/ activities based on multiple data sources – retail and consumer panel data, loyalty card, GAT tracking, social listening, ad-hoc projects – to support the brand development funnel and the communication development
  3. to manage the storage of reports’ documents in the shared folders and to supervise the uploading of research reports to the internal platform (CSU connect) by the research agency
